Nick Wolfe is preparing department order on tanks with external floating roofs. There has been discussion about what type of permits needs to be written. Level l, 2, or 3. 2. Discussion in group said Level 2 permit minimum. 3. GB felt that a department order does not address all the issues. 4. Mike Smith and Gary Buchanan will put together requirements for Wolfe for Safety Input prior to writing the order. Working on establishing an order for entire Complex, but starting with Wolfe's department. 5. S--114 - TA status now at Hydrocracker exchanger. Will be introducing water to a specific piece of equipment. Will need to remove blind. TA status drops when blinds are removed and fluids are introduce. 1. S-126 question. Chuck wanted the Safety staff to be thinking about it and be aware that one is being made. 2. Issue brought up that awhile back it was decided that questions raised at the Wednesday meetings, would be answered so all would know the answer. ACTION: Linda to review all minutes for 1992 and establish a list of questions that have been raised, put them on a list, and distribute them with the minutes.
