Description
First draft of source-flow emission inventory
Additional sheets added - hazard class and data refs Revisions to calcs in storage and in-use Re-shaping of the source-flow to restructure the 'in-use' categories from 'storage + in-use' to 'in-use ~ storage and training + in-use live incidents'. Further changes also made to incorporate the OECD emission scenario assumptions.
industry sector splits added based OECD scenarios Corrections to in-use tabs Hazard classification tab redesigned and populated Explanatory note added Modified usage rates as these look too low. Previous usagerates were based on RPA data. Industry sector splits realigned from OECD to EuroFeu Additional hazard data added to the hazard sheet New data on usage rates for fire services discovered, will be closer to 50% than 60%. The 60% was expert judgement, now we have a bonefide reference, will amend. Overvall outputs not massively effected. Wood disclaimers added to the tool prior to submission

In-use Life Cycle Phase In-use Use on hard-surfaces with good containment options. (Possibly loss to sewer)
In-use Use on soft surfaces such as soil and fields, poor containment options risk of direct release to land and water is higher
Storage Lifespan of foams is 20 years typically. possible leaks/loss during storage.
LAND (direct release)
WATER (surface+Groun
