Dear Mr. Webb; Your letter of February 21 in regard to the situation of the Standard Oil of Indiana looks very J encouraging to me, however I do not believe that the Board of Directors of the Indiana Company appreciate fully the degree to which their equipment Is unsatis factory. I am sure they do not realise that there is not a single one of their installations that comes up to our present minimum requirements. In order that we may have all of the details of the situation in hand I have asked Mr. Siebenthaler to visit all of the Indiana points In accordance with your suggestion. We will make a complete report up to date with exact recommendations as to hov; they may bring their equipment up to at least our minimum re quirements.
