Lee, We wanted to see if you would have time to follow up on the NPDES issue in Region 6 later this week. We are
down to a month out for the deadline and wanted to make sure that we are on track. Since our last meeting/call, we have met with Region 6 staff and have a strong sense that EPA is making progress, would just like to check with you on anything which may put that progress in danger.
Is there time between 12 and 4 pm on Thursday, August 31st which might work for a call?
