Mr. Richard F. Davis Vice President/Treasurer Environmental Health Associates, 2150 Shattuck Avenue Berkeley, CA 94704

Dear Dick:
I am enclosing an unexecuted contract and associated scope of work on the benzene epidemiology study for EHA review. Dr. Wong and I worked over this material together and revised the contract developed for negotiation with the Biometric Research Institute (3RI). All records associated with the study are presently stored at BRI under a separate safekeeping agreement.
Except for paragraphs 24 and 25, the wording of all clauses is comparable to that contained in the CMA vinyl chloride contract. These clauses were reviewed and agreed upon oy both CMA counsel and Mr. Edgar. If there are points of contention, either Mr. Joyce or I would be pleased to discuss them with you.
I would appreciate your reviewing this material and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Enclosure CRS:CD
