In view of some of the things you told me in Chicago, I would suggest that you also have at that meeting those people at Rockdale who have responsibilities in all facets of your hearing conservation program. By doing this, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the quality of HCNC training and to keep the instruction within the bounds of your established policies and procedures. j\| Your point is well taken that outsiders are generally better received than our own people. This makes it all the more important that you point out to HCNC their "boundary lines" and pull in their reins if necessary. Otherwise, it could be disastrous to turn them loose on your hourly people.
