Per OSHA Laboratory Standard / Right-to-Know requirements, the manufacturer must supply you with information (i.e., the MSDS) regarding a particular chemical's hazards and appropriate precautions that should be followed when handling it.
You should be thoroughly familiar with the information contained in it (or some equivalent source) BEFORE using the respective chemical.
Please follow the instructions below regarding the attached MSDS:
1. If a version of the enclosed MSDS(s) IS NOT in the electronic Corporate MSDS system, please forward a hard copy to the Building 300 library for filing in the Site MSDS depository;

Corporate MSDS system (see number on MSDS), there is HQ need to forward a hard copy of the MSDS(s) to the Site MSDS depository.
Instructions on how to enter the corporate MSDS data base are in Section III, Subpart 1, section 2 "Material Safety Data Sheets" of the Site Safety Manual. Remember to search for your MSDS using the Global Index (option 19 on the appropriate menu).
