R- Miller Date January 21, 1980 subject D-400 REACTOR RELIEF VALVE DISCHARGE The following are the list of steps that were discussed in this mornings meeting: The operating procedures were revised immediately after the D-400 release to help determine when a reactor was empty. This procedure needs to be formalized and instructions given to lead operators. - MPB JEB An investigation into a possible level device to prevent reactor overfilling is to be done by MPB. 3. Expedite delivery of amp meter for D-400. - JAD 4. Investigate relocation of remote camera or revision to swirl piping to allow monitoring by lead operator. - JAD 5. Estimate cost to install amperage recorder^ on each reactor to serve as backup. - JAD 6. Determine quantity of VCM emmission from available data. - RAF Obtain all data necessary for EPA report. - RAF f& A detailed investigation and write-up is to be done by CRM, JEB and MPB.
