We would be delighted to add the tour of the University, a visit to the Green Energy Park, and time with Mr. Terrab to the Administrator's agenda on Tuesday.
What, may I ask, is the distance to Marrakech from this facility? If there is time Tuesday evening, the Administrator would likely enjoy the opportunity to visit the medina but I want to ensure we have enough time at the University.
May I kindly request a few more details regarding the presentation?
Also, thank you so much for the generous offer to provide lunch. We plan on ensuring the Administrator and his staff eat before departing Rabat so it will not be necessary to provide a meal.
Finally, our advance team is on the ground in Marrakech today. I believe they are coordinating with your team to find a time to come by today in order to walk through the University and visit the Green Energy Park. My colleague, Forrest McMurray, is the person handling those arrangements.
