We would suggest that this bill be placed in line for payment at this time. Dr. Hutchison cords document that he has been the applicant's treating physi for a number of years. The most recent episode in Mar and May of 1993 deal solely with gastrointestinal problems. The doctor was first concerned about hepatitis; but, all panels proved negative. The first instance in April of 1993, was diagnosed by the doctor as the flu after negative panels. In an abundance of caution, the doctor did have some additional tests conducted to determine if there was any residual of heavy metals in his system; and, that also proved negative. The doctor concluded that the applicant might be sensitive to the paint he works with, but that there was no lasting damage, and he was completely recovered and released to unlimited work following the visit of May 18, 1993. We have asked applicant's attorney to withdraw any claim in light of the fact that, if there was any problem, it was of a transient nature, and that there is no indication of any permanent residual.
