Charles Sensiba has joined the firm's Energy practice as a partner in the Washington, D.C. office. He comes to the firm from Van Ness Feldman LLP.
With nearly two decades of focused experience in the hydropower sector, Sensiba is a recognized authority in the water power industry and regularly handles complex licensing, natural resources and environmental issues related to the regulation of hydropower development. He is also a thought leader on federal environmental and other regulatory policies affecting the hydropower industry. His clients include public utility districts, state governmental entities, investor-owned utilities, water districts, independent power producers and developers.
