This sounds good on our end. Do you by chance have a good address?

I made a site visit this morning with security to the Kendall farm and saw firsthand the various options with Ted Kendall and Andy Whittington from the Farm Bureau. We need to adjust our plans slightly, especially with Tropical Storm Nate approaching the Gulf.
The road access to the fields will limit the number of people we can take there. However, the Kendall family has a site at their farm where there's a small lodge and lake which will be great place to gather. The outside meeting place will work well for the group which could be 30-40 people. The road to the lodge, lake, and pastures will be accessible, even if the storm dumps a lot of rain on Mississippi the first of next week.
If the Administrator wants to actually go to a field where they will be harvesting, we can still do that but we will have to limit the size of the group to under 15.

We recommend we meet at the lodge because it is accessible, can accommodate more people, and provide a back-up space should it rain. I also think the venue will be great for photographs.
