C. 20210 Dear Dr. Corn: Please recall that we advised we would request from TBA Industrial Products Ltd. the asbestos fiber exposure data pertinent to the English factory experience cited as "of significant importance" in the discussion of "new evidence" at pages 47655-6, Federal Register, October 9, 1975. This Association and the Johns-Manvilie Corp. took exception to OSHA's interpretation of the British data in comments on the proposed revision to the current standard for occupational exposure to asbestos. By letter of September 17, 1976 a statement from TBA Industrial Products Ltd with comprehensive data from the English factory was transmitted to the OSHA Docket Officer.
