The rally/ program will be held in the 1st Floor Rotunda at the Oklahoma State Capitol which is a public space. There isn't any staging area. The Chancellor will introduce the Administrator. After his speech the Chancellor will introduce the next speaker. Lunch is served at 11:30 and the program starts at 12:30. It is in the same venue so some people could be eating while others will be done. Lunch is boxed lunches from Chickfila. There will be no question and answer. All of the people invited to this event will be local (Oklahoma ) but because this is a public space anyone at the Capitol that day could hear/participate.
