DiO After an exhausted search, we have determined that' was pronounced dead in the City of Tyler although the accident occurred in another county. A request to the Tyler-Smith County Health Department, official custodian of death records in the City of Tyler, brought forth the necessity for prepayment of $2.00 for each certificate. We find a recent change in the State Laws governing gratis certificates requiring payment of $1.00 to $2.00 in all but isolated incidents. While we could pay the above mentioned fee without too many problems, I thought it well' to bring this to your attention and get your opinion on it.
