Thank you. We do not have the document title, but request details of the work/reports the Environment Agency (or its consultants) has undertaken on River Sampling for the EA's increasing database of PFAS in surface and groundwater.
We understand AECOM has been involved in the systematic river sampling of three river catchments and provided support with area reconnaissance, stringent QA/QC sampling procedures, sampling, and factual reporting. Please could you share details of the outcome of this study e.g. factual report(s) and any supporting information e.g. guidance/procedures for sampling.

We recently attended a workshop by AECOM where they mentioned they have written an internal guidance document for the EA on PFAS and had undertaken some catchment sampling for PFAS. These documents would be useful context for us and for developing sampling methodology, particularly for our background river samples. Please could you share these documents with us:
