Retherford - AER-07-77 March 7, 1977 OSHA Compliance Asbestos Measurements in Celanex Unit Attached are the results of airborne asbestos monitoring during two Celanex production runs; Celanex Phase I production of SEO 3210 and SEO 3310. The frequency of sampling is in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Section 1910. 1001 (Appendix 1). Measurements were obtained by attaching the monitoring equipment to operating personnel during the blending and handling of the asbestos fiber material. Analysis was carried out by National Loss Control Service Corporation, Long Grove, Illinois, accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association. The National Loss Control Laboratory analysis report is attached. The eight hour time weighted averages, reported in Table I, were calculated from this information. AER/kap Attachments cc: Messrs.
