The bulk samples were analyzed using X-ray diffraction. The results are: Sample Description Results Bulk 18th Floor Fan Room Chrysotile Asbestos present. Sample 1 - Transformer Roomfan ductwork covering Chrysotile Asbestos present. Hydromagnesite present. Sample 2 - Pipe Covering Storage Area < 5% Chrysotil if present. X-ray diffraction not con clusive. Very few fibers with the optical character istics of chrysotile seen. Sample 3 - Diesel StackIncinerator Area Chrysotile asbestos present. The primary constituent is Hydromagnesite. The four air samples were analyzed using phase contrast microscopy as prescribed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
