Painted products may be handled in 3 to 5 hours and packed after overnight dry. Recoat with brush or spray after 12 hours drying time. Sand lightly between coats. TRIM and DADOES Glid-Guard Alkyd Industrial Enamel is an ideal finish for trim and dadoes in shop areas. This extra durable enamel cleans easily and maintains Its gloss far longer than ordinary wall paints. Cuts your repainting and maintenance costs. SPRAY APPLICATION When spraying, Glid-Guard Alkyd Industrial Enamel should first be reduced 15% to 20% with V.M.&P. Naphtha. Spray thin mist-coat using quick passes; follow immediately with thin wet coat. Spray painting fits tight production schedules. MACHINERY Glid-Guard Alkyd Industrial Enamel is an excellent coating for machinery and equipment. It resists abrasion and the softening action of cutting oils. High light-reflecting colors greatly increase visibility around machine areas. DIP APPLICATION In the dip tank, Glid-Guard Alkyd Industrial Enamel should be thinned 15% to 20% with Mineral Spirits. Use mechanical agitation to maintain uniform viscosity throughout the dip tank. Painted products should be air dried at room temperature. TRUCKS, TRACTORS Glid-Guard Alkyd Industrial Enamel provides lasting protection for metal and wood components of trucks, tractors, mowers, agricultural implements and other similar machinery. One coat usually covers previously painted surfaces. CAUTION: FLAMMABLE! CONTAINS LEAD HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame.
