Binder Meeting Friday, 10/26/73 Present: PAT, V.'CF, AS, HSU, JCM, GHF. 1.0 Review: 1.1 In order to expedite with caution the transition from asbestos containing materials, a Development Task Force has been created headed by M. Wood to plan and coordinate all production testing. The other members of this task force are JCM, AS, GHF, and representatives from Engineering and Tooling as needed. 1.2 All production testing of "first time" nature will be scheduled for 5 periods only and then evaluated by the Development Task Force. 1.3 A special form will be prepared by WCF and GHF in order to succinctly report each department's findings on that test. 1.4 The Development Task Force will meet on an ad hoc basis at the request of any member. 1.5 The Binder Task Force with PAP as Ch; irmsn will continue in existence and meet at the discretion of PAP. 1.6 RM 447 will be in critical supply by 1974. Need to discuss action needed at next meeting. 2.0 PAP- Action Needed: 2.1 Obtain a cost center against which all development costs can be charged. WCFGHF- 2.2 A more aceuratc method is needed to dispense the X3580 - completed. m 2.3 Boards made in EP 5465 seem to be heavier than B/P SpecificationVerification of weights needed. AS- 2.4 Investigate possibility of replacing X1281 with X3580. WJll- 2.5 We will return to using EP 5452A on 10/29/73.
