W e are under a tight timeline to deliver results and it will be an iterative process as we leam more. --Thanks Let me know if you have any difficulty meeting 4/11. - Ann -------- _ ------------- Forwarded by Ann K Masse/HO/DuPont on 04/02/2003 06:00 P M ---------------------------------- Catherine A Barton 03/24/2003 07:35 PM To: Irene A Legiec/AE/DuPont@DuPont, Mark D Richmond/AE/DuPont@DuPont cc: Ann K Masse/HO/DuPont@DuPont, Maria S Angelo/AE/DuPont@DuPont, Charles J Zarzecki/AE/DuPont@DuPont Subject Dispersion modeling data Irene and Mark, Thanks for donating your valuable time today. Just to make sure I've captured the information correctly, let me recap. You guys are going to run your T O X C H E M model to see if we even generate an emission rate from the basins in Environmental Treatment. If you do generate a number and it seems unreasonable, you will apply the appropriate reduction factor to account for removal in the system before informing us of that emission rate. Since Charlie has run the model on your exact system, I believe the emission rate is ail w e need. If TO XCHEM generates no emission rate, we will document that for EPA and assume no modeling of that area is necessary. You also mentioned you would look at the stripper to see if we need to consider it as an emission point. If so, we'll have to m ake some assumptions about what the emission rate is and how many days/weeks/months we need to consider to capture the representative emissions. I think that's it. Please let me know if I've misunderstood anything or if you have any questions. (774-8027) Many thanks, Cathie E ID 7 4 7 7 3 6
