Quite a few hoses strung out a t thereactor tank but they are being used as process lin es (boiling out #1 s e ttle r ) . Scrap metal bucket missing a t Station 30. At #2 lime s ilo a f o r k lif t bucket is being used as a garbage b arrel. On 15B overhead b elt there*s a scaffo ld b u ilt a t the drive motor (rotted away) - need to be taken down. 2. 90 o il storage area need to be straightened up. On the feed end o f #1 rod m ill is a s ca ffo ld . As fa r as major item s, the area is looking much better. 3. 8etween tire two south silo s are some dust c o lle c to r bag cages and other debris laying loose - need to be picked up; rusted table south west of #2 s ilo also a barrel th a t's been there a while; a cover o f f the top o f a hatch that goes down into the tunnel was not flagged o f f (ground le v a l). At the Bunker C o il area there's a bunch o f wheel barrels stored (They are stored at proper p lace). At 22 there's a disconnect water fountain s ittin g beside the road. North o f 15A upon the platform at the top conveyor quite a few timbers s t i l l laying on i t outside the building - need to be brought down. North o f Fac. 24 the acid station quite a few barrels in disarray and a 4" pipe that need to be picked up. 4. About an inch o f alumina on the flo o r in 91 switch house. A portable lig h t extension cord not in use hanging in the building the cord runs outside and plugs in underneath the unloader building - need to be taken out. Fire extinguisher need inspecting. At the South end o f 158 - i f they are going to continue to pump the sump out and l e t i t run across and down the docks - we need to bury a pipe across the roadway. On the old sinter kiln there's 2 hoppers, close to the fa r end, insulation dropping o ff on top o f the hoppers, the ground and on the walkways - need to be picked up. A condulet cover o ff some e le c tr ic lines going into the ground south end o f lime process. Standing On Last Week's Items Everything has been corrected except some o f the rocks and mud on the pad. The pad i t s e l f looks good, picked up over 9Q% o f the rocks on the weigh flo o r - better than i t was a week ago. 005151  s * IN Area IV (cont'd) 4 . #6 sump area flooded, accumulated quite a fait o f hydrate need to be hosed down. S t i l l a lo t o f material in the area by 45-4 sump by the tray$ as well as under 9 and 10 tray - need to be hosed in . Upstairs looks fa ir ly good. Powerhouse 1. On the top level o f 2, 3 & 4 deairator found numerous pieces o f asbestos in su latio n . At the bottom of #3 deairator storage tank on the platform , numerous pieces o f asbestos in su la tio n . On the east end o f #3 hi pressure feed pump, several pieces o f asbestos in su la tio n .Barrel o f Mobil o f SCH630 did not have an MSDS number 2. On the bottom o f 3 TG are some rags, b o lts . On the east side o f 7 1 .b o i l e r , on the .storm sewer drain, the square 2x2 g ra tin g , there' s three down th at a is le way that are rusting and some o f the grating is missing. 3. Insulation material laying between 8 and 9 on the ground. The : coupling guards on 8 & 9 FD fans* only h a lf coupling guards, very simple to put a hand under the bottom - something needs to be done. . The room below the gas fir e d TG on the west side - o il on flo o r - a ir hoses without a pin - a gallon jug o f Betz o il - a trash barrel in fron t o f f ir e extinguisher and a trash barrel in fro n t of the switch house. On the south side of the gas fire d TG, there' s an acetylene bo ttle tied to the wall with a piece o f wire. In the back part of the a ir compressor room* on the northwest w a ll, th ere's two switch panels with m aterials stacked in front o f them on a permanent type b asis. Fire extin guisher leading into the Secretary's o ff ic e has no tag - th one inside the supervisor's o ffic e was checked in 1985. In the super v iso r' s o ffic e there's a double 110 o u tlet that has a special plug put in with six o u tle ts , fiv e o f which are covered and one o f those fiv e goes to another outlet device which has s ix available - c ir c u it is handling 9 plugs. . Numerous c a lls have been made to the supplier o f the Mobil SCH630 fo r an MSDS number - to date have not received. 005152
