Flexible Bronchoscopy was done in 1977. It was reported by Dr. Eichens that this man has had 27 years of exposure to talc dust and had a lung biopsy which showed asbestos fibers. He should be retired with a diagnosis of respitory insufficiency predicated on exposure to asbestos.
