This unit is now down, and we would like to make these repairs prior to the startup. In order to do so, we must remove two feet of friable asbestos insulation from the 1" diameter line, and tie in a second steam line. The line will then be insulated with a non-asbestos type of insulation. The attached sheet shows, the information required by 40 CFR 61.22 (d).
