The compensation hearings have not reached a point where I have been able to use this literature but in the near future I expect that we will have to put medical evidence in and at that time this literature will certainly be of great benefit to me. I thought you might have forgotten ju3t what you did with it so I am writing to let you know that I have it and if you need the literature, I will send it back by next mail to you. In any event I will take good care of it and will return it to you when this case is disposed of. Please let me know whether I may retain this pending disposition of this case. Would you be kind enough to tell me confidentially the name of some competent man in central New York or Hew York City who would have sufficient knowledge to testify as to the toxicity of gasoline containing one part tetra-ethyl lead to 1900 parts gasoline when the compound is used to wash one's hands?
