Wanted to give you the info about a small action that is being announced at 3pm today. EPA is letting folks know that they can submit a request for an exemption from nine different NESHAPS using Clean Air Act section 112 (i)(4) by emailing it to .---;tiongepa.gL by March 31, 2025. The attached communication strategy provides the list of NESHAPS and a desk statement. There are a few QAs that we're still working on.
