The delay was frankly caused by some indecision on my part. From your description of the application and attempting to remain objective, I can convince rcy3elf that this use could conceivably bo classified as "controllable*. However, with the many problems associated with present "controllable" applications, it docs not appear that it would be wise to further extend our potential problem areas.
