Employees must sign that they have read safety rules and regulations Prizes are given for safety records and a safety banquet is held every three months for those who have not had a lost time accident. Safety magazines are Kept in change room and safety bulletins poster on bulletin board. Men are all instructed in first aid. Tank cleaning After tanks have been cleaned by steaming and by airing until cool the are inspected by Mr. Rankin before they can be entered. Gleaning, of tanks that have contained leaded gasoline would be handled according to our regulations. On cleaning other tanks no special clothing would be worn other than rubber boots. I have recommended that our regulations as to clothing , be adopted for all tanka. Air line mask3(with safety belt,and man out side would be worn only when gas is present* Otherwise no masks would be ' worn unless dust is present in which case cone type or filter masks would be used.
