As you may be aware, the petitioner alleges an exposure to fumes and paint odoaes-during Ms-11-..vear term of employment at the Sherwin Williams Company. The petitioner was represented by Attorney Sidney Swirsky. The case was settled in the amount of 5$ of partial total disability representing 27i weeks at $4o per week for a total of $1100. Counsel fees assessable against the respondent were $100. Total indemnity payments were therefore $1200. The case was 1. 1973. however, we still await the formal copy of the signed Judgment. We will make agreed upon payments when the Judgmentfs received.
