MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE NAPA BOARD OF DIRECTORS Edgewater Beach Hotel, Chicago, Illinois December 11, 1951 Information was submitted that the Detroit Gasket Manufacturing C,o. had advised the Association of its intention to discontinue supplying to NAPA its line of gasket materials, also that a proposal had been received from Victor Gasket Company to supply NAPA with a similar line as part of the Balkamp program. The committee recommended that the proposal of the Victor Gasket Company be accepted. On motion, duly made and seconded, the committee's recommendation was adopted by unanimous vote. SCF-NAPA-0675
