Product Solvent Special Flashing Cement Kerosene (14%) and VM&P Naphtha (14%) Plastic Cement Kerosene and Stoddards solvent Roof Coating Stoddards Buca Stoddards Roof Primer Stoddards (60%) Protective Coating Stoddards (50%) Reflecto Coat Stoddards (15%) and VM&P Naphtha (25%) quick Set Kerosene and Stoddards The flash points for these solvents are as follows: Stoddards 108F. Kerosene 167F. (c.c.) VM&P Naphtha 30F. (c.c.) It can be seen from the above that only shipments of Special Flashing Cement and Reflecto Coat would need the red label for flammable liquids. We have two other products that also require red labels. Bird PVC Surface Primer and Bird PVC Cement. The Primer is methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) with a flash point of 24F. (c.c.), and the PVC Cement contains tetrahydrofuran (THF) which has a flash point of 5F. (c.c.).
