The Robinson plant will expand their capability to produce all of the rule dies and repairs required for their operation. The control of rule die ordering shall be vested in the Robinson plant management. During the transition period, any dies required which the Robinson plant cannot or chooses not to make, shall be ordered from the Chicago Gasket plant. The Chicago Gasket plant will either produce or order from outside vendor at their discretion. The Chicago plant is then responsible for the delivery performance of such outside vendor as well as responsible to consider all factors (union relations) concerned with such contract work. RMB/cl R.
