A UofC contract with CinPathoGen would require a conflict of interest and confict of commitment review U of C contracts do not require legislative approval A lawyer from the State Attorney General's sits in the legal department of U of C - so signature is part of their normal review process If you could attend the benzene meetings, I think that would be good.
