Aiken has been elected chair man of the board of NAPA. Aiken, vice president and division manager of Genuine Parts Company's Southwest Division, has served for the past two years as NAPA's vice president. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in business administration, Aiken joined NAPA in 1967 at the NAPA Houston Distribution Center. Robert E. McKenna is the new president of NAPA, elected by the NAPA Board of Directors. McKenna has served as NAPA's vice president and general manager since 1980, prior to which he served four years as the association's secretary and director of operations. A graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in marketing, McKenna joined NAPA in 1970 at the NAPA Columbus Distribution Center. PARTS CRAFT WINS 1983 `SPIRIT OF NAPA' AWARD Parts Craft's NAPA Engine/Chassis Parts Sales Groups are the recipient of the 1983 "Spirit of NAPA" award, the highest form of recognition conferred upon a NAPA Manufacturer. Bob McKenna, president of NAPA, pre sented the award at the recent NAPA an nual meeting in Atlanta, Ga. Accepting the award on behalf of the NAPA Engine/Chas sis Parts Sales Groups was Wayne Waterfield, Parts Craft vice president and general manager. Parts Craft won the award based on nominations by each of NAPA's 72 distribu tion centers.
