Barbara Larsen, Daryl Cobranchi and I designed an experiment to get headspace concentrations (see your note below). Barbara has evaluated these system s for calibration standards, ordered the headspace laboratory ware, and is proceeding with the feasibility study. Robert F Pinchot 11/28/2001 07:49 A M

Please provide m e an update of progress on the attached task list. I'd appreciate it if I had all the data in hand no later than D ecem ber 10th. O f course, the earlier the better.
I have the data for the item in Green (Thanks Debbie).

Mulit Media Consent Order APFO data requirements
It looks like we are getting close to agreeing on the requirements for a Consent order between the W V Dept, of Environmental Protection, the W V Department of Health and Human Resources, and DuPont. This order, as m any o f you know, will require us to submit a lot o f data concerning A F P O and our em issions of A P F O to the state agencies. To m ake sure that we all understand our role in getting these data put together and submitting it to the State in the time stated in the order, a lot of coordination needs to be in place. Though the final wording of the order isn't known yet, the following table outlines the requirements responsibilities, and the tasks to be completed. A ll items except the M ary Kaiser's analytical work will need to be supplied to the State within 30 days of the effective date of the Consent
Order.

Since w e don't have a lot of time, I will be checking on progress weekly. Please get all the data to me and I w ill work with our legal representation to develop the communication package(s) that w e send.
I will let you know when the effective date of the consent order a s soon it is signed by all parties.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
Thanks, Rob
