Barbara has evaluated these system s for calibration standards, ordered the headspace laboratory ware, and is proceeding with the feasibility study. I'd appreciate it if I had all the data in hand no later than D ecem ber 10th. O f course, the earlier the better. I have the data for the item in Green (Thanks Debbie). This order, as m any o f you know, will require us to submit a lot o f data concerning A F P O and our em issions of A P F O to the state agencies. To m ake sure that we all understand our role in getting these data put together and submitting it to the State in the time stated in the order, a lot of coordination needs to be in place. Though the final wording of the order isn't known yet, the following table outlines the requirements responsibilities, and the tasks to be completed. A ll items except the M ary Kaiser's analytical work will need to be supplied to the State within 30 days of the effective date of the Consent Order. Summary Requirement Tasks | Lead Responsibility Other Responsibility EID294982 Building dimension Confirm existing data parameters that have a are complete and significant impact on air accurate dispersion Permitted allowable em ission rates, acutal emissions 2000, stack Confirm existing data are complete and accurate parameters Phase of A P F O at Stack Determine m ass fraction Conditons particles and mass Fraction vapor for each stack emitting A P F O Particle Characterization Determine appropriate particle size classes for modeling based on experimental data collected by Zipfel in 1996 Estimate particle density Particle Scavaging Coefficient Develop technically sound basis for the use of the scavaging coefficients in the ISC users Guidance which are based on particle size.
