I just wanted to touch base on this invitation for Mr. Pruitt from SIGMA - 1know Mike Thombrugh and the senior management of the QuikTrip Corporation, as well as the Love family of the Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores would be thrilled to have him speak to our membership at our Chicago conference this November. We'd love to be able to include him in our promotions for the conference if he's able to join us.

I'm reaching out on behalf of Mike Thombrugh of the QuikTrip Corporation in Tulsa, OK and SIGMA to touch base on the invitation for Scott Pruitt to speak at the SIGMA Annual Conference in Chicago this November.
We would love to have him address our membership at our largest meeting of the year. I do have two dates available, so have a bit of flexibility with his schedule:
Wednesday, November 8, 2017 Opening General Session 3.00pm - 4.30 pm (presentation time roughly 3.20pm - we start the session with some association business)
OR
Friday, November 10, 2017 Business Meeting and General Session 9.00am - Noon (presentation time approximately 10.00am depending on how quickly the session flows)
I know you're juggling quite the schedule with him and he has a multitude of obligations, but we 're inching closer to the date and are starting our promotions for the meeting. We'd love to be able to include Mr. Pruitt if he is available! I know that our members would gain wonderful insights from him.
