These figures were taken from the Oil and Gas Journal Pennwell directory, as is, unless we received updated information on refinery ownership from you. We worked up this listing with 1998 information, as a start. We have ordered the 2000 edition of the Pennwell Directory, but we won't have it in time for our call this week. Trust this information is sufficient to proceed with our discussions. After checking around API (Statistics, Downstream), it was the general concensus that Crude Throughput SH ELL-MCCLU RG-060525 numbers would be quite difficult to obtain by refinery. Since most US refineries are operating at 90+% capacity, can we go ahead and base our calculations on capacity, rather than throughput? I also think that throughput might put us into company CBI areas, which is something we decided not to do.
