Da reference to the interrogatories forwarded to you by Mr. Rosier,
the information is required under the rules in Workmen's Compensation.
It has been indicated that we are only required to go back five years
regarding the material that
worked with. This should be
five years from the date last worked.
Additionally, regarding the status of the matter, it is still pend ing in the Division of Workmen's Compensation. The matter is still in the discovery process. At this time we do not have a deadline regarding Interrogatories as there has not been a formal order sub
mitted or signed to date.
I will keep you advised regarding this situation.
