We refer to your email dated 26 January 2024 in which you make a request for access to documents, registered on 29 January 2024 under the above-mentioned reference number.
You are requesting access to access to the following documents related to lobbying on PFAS, per and polyfluoroalkyl substances:
1. A list of all meetings/ discussions since 1 January 2022 between officials and businesses, trade associations, or think tanks where this topic was discussed.
2. Any records, minutes, preparatory briefings, or other notes of these meetings/discussions.
3. All correspondence since 1 January 2022, where this topic was discussed, exchanged between officials and businesses, trade associations, or think tanks.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days.
Your application concerns a large number of documents and requiring different ECHA Services and third-parties to be consulted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit for a further 15 working days1 in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents.
