Perhaps the comments will be useful in your contemplation of both permit streamlining and reducing regulatory burdens. I have attempted to "cross walk" the various Executive Order issues in these comments. Perhaps there are a couple of ideas for "2:1" regulatory reform/cost reduction as well. If I left anyone from EPA off the e mail that should have been included--it was a genuine oversight and not intentional. I hope that you have an enjoyable weekend.
