Thanks Josh. Here's a rewrite. As to the bottom line, about whether it's "good for the planet or not", the audience for this item are not looking for big abstractions like that. They want practical advice on how the mendacious tricks used by bureaucrats to expand their regulatory reach can be thwarted. -Ross
