Grumbles November 18, 1985 DRUM LABELS FOR INLAND LEIDY VISTA Vista will be supplying labels to distributors such as Inland who distribute Vista products. Current distributors have been informed of this and the procedures for obtaining labels. Currently we have no plans to have the distributor name on the label. With our labeling system we do have the capability to produce similar labels if we decide that's what we should do. While doing this would certainly have a positive commercial benefit, there would be admin istrative and labor costs associated with producing specific dis tributor labels In regards to the legal issues, Inland, as a distributor, does have specific duties under the hazard communication standard. Product liability concerns should be discussed with Legal, however, I think this will be a commercial decision unaffected by those concerns. Thomas G.
