OUTLINE OF PLANS FOR PLAINTIFF'S EXHIBIT FOR SAFETY PROGRAM IN PLANT ENGINEERING 1. On May 4th, program descriptions will be distributed. Training can begin immediately to tell everyone what the program is all about. 2. On May 5th, each maintenance supervisor will receive - - Program description. - "Take the Extra Step For Safety" phamphlet. - "Talk Topics" booklet. - Pocket Protector. 3. On May 11th, each supervisor of hourly or non-exempt persons will begin making topic assignments to people assigned to them for that day. - Supervisors will receive at their field locations a list of appropriate topics for each craft. - Supervisors will assign topics by explaining the purpose of the program, emphasizing individual's responsibilities and self-discipline. - Assign a topic for discussion when visited by another person. - Give each person a copy of the "Take the Extra Step" phamphlet. - Give each person a pocket protector (rainhoods for women). 4. On May 16th, visiting safety contactor cards and materials will be distributed. Contacts can begin that day. 5. As contacts are made, cards will be returned to you.
