The Committee approved the purchase of a 10,000 square foot building on a plot approximately 200 ft. by 350 ft., at Sayreville, Rev Jersey, known x ae the Colito property and owned by Sylvester & Company, for approximately $85,000, as outlined in the letter of September 6, 1950 from J. H. Reid, Manager of the Titanium Division to J. A. Martino, President. The Committee approved the purchase from the Sayre Pisher Company, preferably on a lease and option basis, of approximately 370 acres of land at Sayreville, Hew Jersey, for approximately $525,000, and of approxi mately 11 acres of "Riparian Rights" for approximately $13,000, as outlined in letter of September 6, 1950 from J. H. Reid, Manager of the Titanium Division to J. A. Martino, President. The Committee approved the purchase of $4,000,000.00 U. S. Treasury Bills. Upon motions duly made and seconded, the following resolutions were each unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, That the proposed 1951 "Dutch Boy" Paint Advertising Budget in the sum of $951,010.00, as detailed in report dated June 27, 1950, from Mr. William Knust, Advertising Manager, be and it hereby is approved.
