Gentlemen: One of our customers had the misfortune today of losing his life due to a serious b u m that he received after having laid unconscious for several hours with his clothes soaked with Ethyl Gasoline. This man1s car over turned and the entire con tents of the tank drenched his clothing. No one knew of his plight until several hours after the accident occurred. He was then rushed to a nearly hospital and every effort was made to save his life, but complications set in from the severe burns he received. 1 Some time ago I talked with one of your engineers and he told me at the time that your Company had Doctors who were investigating cases where persons claimed they were poisoned from Ethyl Gasoline. In talking today with the physician in charge of the man who died and I mentioned the fact, he stated that he would like to get in touch with the Doctors who are handling this for you so that he might obtain information from them in regard to methods used in the cure of Ethyl Gasoline b u m s . I would appreciate it very much if you would advise me with whom this Doctor might contact to gain this information or, if you have any information that might be useful to him I would appreciate it very m u # v ^ .
