Flynn - Cleveland A training workshop will be held at the Avon Lake Technical Center to familiarize your people with the Bendix and OVA analysis instruments. This training program was suggested at the last Ambient Vinyl Chloride Standards Committee meeting. This workshop will be a two-day session to be held on Tuesday, January 29, and Wednesday, January 30, 1974. We feel it is important to have your representative at these sessions in order that he be prepared to handle the installation of and use of the Bendix instrument when it arrives. You will also note on the attached agenda that other topics, such as calibration, data collection, and statistical evaluation of the data are included. The purpose' of this session, however, is to provide your representative with an overall view in these general areas. The statistical evaluation of the data will be handled separately with A. M. Fairlie co-ordinating the program with your PIC man. This program will not include maintenance'of the instruments; your in strumentation specialist will probably have to attend a training session at the Bendix Company at a later date. Please advise L.
