I will highlight that during the Inter-Agency review process, the Obama Dept of Homeland Security said, "[hjaving facilities share this information would be precedent setting--currently the [Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS)], [Process Safety Management (PSM)], and [Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)] (licensee/permittee) programs do not share this level of detail with the public due to security concerns." There are some real safety concerns that need to be addressed in order to ensure bad actors don't get their hands on this sensitive information. Let me know what else you need.
