Suite un problme manant de la mthode de calcul du nombre de quotas allous aux entreprises historiquennent prsentes dans le registre des gaz effet de serre fluors, gr par la Commission, cette dernire nous demande en extrme urgence de nous prononcer sur un ajustement du nombre de quotas allous aux entreprises. Comme vous pourrez le lire dans les mails en annexe, il s'agit de corrections minimes, pour un nombre limit d'entreprises. Plusieurs sont situes en Belgique. Je ne vals pas dtailler les causes et effets qui sont plus amplements dcrits dans les messages de la Commission. Je vous laisse le soin de les lire.
Vu le dlai trs serr puisque n ou devons donner notre rponse pour demain, je vous propose de me renvoyer vos commentaires aujourd'hui encore. A dfaut de rponse je la considrerai comme positive et transmettrai notre rponse ds demain matin la Commission.

Naar aanleiding van een probleem met de berekeningsmethode van het aantal emissierechten dat is toegewezen aan bedrijven die "historisch" aanwezig zijn in het register van gefluoreerde broeikasgassen dat door de Commissie wordt beheerd, heeft de Commissie ons met de grootste spoed gevraagd om te beslissen over een aanpassing van het aantal emissierechten dat aan bedrijven is toegewezen. Zoals u in de bijgevoegde e-mails kunt lezen, gaat het om kleine correcties voor een beperkt aantal bedrijven. Verschillende zijn gevestigd in Belgi. Ik ga niet in detail treden over de oorzaken en gevolgen, die zijn uitgebreider beschreven in de berichten van de Commissie. Ik laat het aan u over om ze te lezen.
Gezien de krappe deadline, aangezien we ons antwoord tegen morgen moeten geven, stel ik voor dat u mij vandaag nog uw opmerkingen stuurt. Als er geen antwoord komt, zal ik dit als positief beschouwen en ons antwoord morgenochtend aan de Commissie doen toekomen.

Please find a message from the Chairperson of the F-gas Committee below Dear all, Pursuant to Article 8 in the Rules of Procedure of the F-gas Committee, the Commission hereby submits for written vote the draft Commission Implementing Decision amending Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2432 as regards the determination of reference values for certain importers and producers for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. The draft Decision including the Annex has been uploaded on CIRCABC. The act needs to be adopted with extreme urgency because the legal basis in Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 will be repealed as soon as the new F-gas Regulation enters into force. In accordance with Article 3(2) of the rules of procedures in case of extreme urgency the time-limit for submission of documents can be less than 5 days.
