(Craft person injured in unit penalizes that craft and that unit). This is to promote unit team work and responsibility for safety. o Present T.I.F. method not acceptable (per KOS). People clock in in area different from where they work. o Negative aspect of 'skunk' award. Will present to PMSB as option. Recommend: Look at 'worst' award 6 months after implementation. o Plant conmunicatian. PDA Concerns for Competition Inspection (00x1* t) o How to Communicate Results - points and comments to unit and FMSB - 'fan*fare' to winner (cake and recognition) - Individual ratings published on bulletin board - checklist and comments returned to group for their response o Lab, Service Buildings and Offices will not be competing, but will be given a rating and %. o Take more time to inspect. Each member will have specific items to check for. Each team will inspect 2 afternoons. Should be more effective inspec tions. Plan ahead of time. Optimum # of teams. Will use hourly sub on days for planning*^'*2 days inspection. * 'fr 3. Assign to all SHAC. Clear Bulletin Boards of unofficial armadillo pictures. * 4.
