I. SAFETY
There were no Lost Time or Restricted Duty injuries in the Production or Warehouse Departments during August.
There had been a malfunction on our plant generator on September 2. A portable generator was obtained while our generator was being repaired. This afforded us the time to repair our gen erator and run the plant in a safe way.

III. PERSONNEL
1) Eight ICWU employees were given reprimands in August. These offenses included one-3 day suspension for absenteeism; two written-1 for absenteeism and 1 for leaving without proper relief; six verbals-2 for the same employee not attending
shift safety meeting and absenteeism; k for not attending
shift safety meeting.
2) David Gould a relief operator has given notice that he will be leaving our employment as of September 13, 1985.
IV. COSTS
1) Variable conversion cost estimate for August and September fav orable due to above budget production volume, use of well water vs. refrigerated water, and operations during warm weather months.
2) Fixed cost estimate for August favorably impacted by $35M rebate resulting from property tax revaluation.
